Answer» Well, the question is why is option 1 my dream company. Is it because I love doing that work? Or is it because I WANTED to PROVE something to OTHERS? Or maybe just a dream? If whatever that makes it a dream company more important than money, so option 1. If you are DESPERATE for money, then option 2. For me, it depends upon the situation, if I am having a good bank balance I will definitely choose option 1.
