Answer» If the bulb is not glowing then the main REASON that it occurs is due to the FUSING of the bulb. You need to CHECK the bulb especially the filament part. There are MANY REASONS that it might have fused such as breaking of the filament, that doesn’t allow it the current to pass through then there is a capacitor that doesn’t even taking in the current.
