To explain I WOULD say: The basic PRINCIPLE of core blowing machine constitutes of filling the core sands into the core boxes by using compressed air. The velocity of the air is kept high to GET a high velocity of core sand PARTICLES that ensures their DEPOSIT in every corner of the core box. On entering of core sand with high velocity, the shaping and ramming of core are performed simultaneously in the core box.
