Similarly, `AQCB` and `ABRC` are also parallelogram.
`:.` Perimeter of `Delta PQR = 2(AB+BC+AC)`
Perimeter of `Delta ABC = AB+BC+AC`
So, ratio of their perimeters ` = 2:1.`
