Answer» (i) The value of R and X were doubled and then interchanged. Hence, the new position of balance point will become 100-l. (ii) From the principle of Wheatstones Bridge. `(R)/(X)=(l)/(100-l)X=R((100-l)/(l))` Hence the galvonometer and cell are interchanged, the condition for a balance bridge is still satified. Therefore, the galvanometer will not show any deflection. |
