1.	In what way,can change be made in the federal constitution?
Answer» It's actual federal in NATURE but unitary in spirit.. NORMAL time both starts and center work as federal kind GOVERNMENT but in case of national emergency under A 352 of constitution it's change into unitary form. This is not the federal form of govt. It's the basic STRUCTURE of INDIAN constitution.. As per I understand the question. plz mark as brilliant if u like
