Answer» In my opinion, the area that needs to be prioritizes for the development of CRAFTS in central and STATE government schemes is the socio-economic welfare of artisans. Because the art will survive and develop only when the artisans will PROGRESS. When artisans are PROVIDED with good socio-economic conditions and a good STATUS in the society, they will work with more enthusiasm. |
