india has a single unified judicial system.explain?

Answer»

India has a unified judiciary means that there is a hierarchy ofcourts. The Supreme Court is at the highest level. The High Courts function atthe State level. There are subordinate courts at the district and lower levels.

If a case is not decided by a lower court it is considered by thecourts at the district level. If a decision cannot be arrived at that level itgoes to the High Court and ultimately to the Supreme Court.
