No , not in all COUNTRIES democracy is practiced sincerity .
in many countries all the citizens do not have equal opportunities
corruption during elections has become common
Indian democracy is for name sake. VOTING percentage is less than 39 percent, and people get elected making the mockery of the democratic insttution.Masses do not participate in adequate percentages to call it a real democracy. Besides there are many loopholes INVITING our urgent attention to plug them.
