Answer» 1160 Pant NAGAR Udhampur The District Magistrate Udhampur Date: 3.07.18 Sub: Regarding complaint against loudspeaker Sir, This is to bring to your kind NOTICE that the loudspeakers in our area are functional FREELY and keep on disturbing us late night, in our sleep and while our CHILDREN are studying. We have lodged various complaints to the area municipal office but the officials have turned a deaf ear to our complaints.
