(d) Use age appropriate weight only. (e) Always take help of partner while using barbells. (f) Workout only under the expert guidance or gym trainer. (g) Weight training session is only 3-4 days a week. (h) Children should not be allowed to lift heavy weight, it will suppress thin muscles and also make muscles more bulging.
