Answer» MAMMALIA are the group of vertebrates. These are warm blooded ENDOTHERMIC vertebrates. They are found in a variety of habitats like polar ice caps, mountains, grasslands and deserts. The skin of mammals is unique in possessing hair and skin glands. They have two pairs of limbs adapted for walking, climbing or SWIMMING. Mammalians heart are FOUR chambered. Respiration is by lungs and kidneys metanephric. They are viviparous with few exceptions and the development is direct.Example :- Elephant, monkey,canis(dog) dolphin, tiger, LION, felis(cats).
