Answer» SOMEHOW I I agree and somehow I disagree in agree case I WOULD say that the redistribution of Land was not implemented properly THEREFORE many people harmed. I disagree with the statement because some Power some people were BENEFITED if this system had implemented SUCCESSFULLY then the reservations would not be there
