Answer» The image of an object is focused behind the retina in the eye of a person having Hypermetropia. Hypermetropia is the defect of vision due to which a person is not able to see the nearby objects clearly. It is caused (i) Due to the low converging power of the lens (ii) Due to eye-ball being too short. Hence the image of nearby objects is formed behind the retina due to which the eye cannot see the nearby objects clearly. |
