A) Properties of ice:
i) The specific HEAT of ice at the freezing point is 2.04 KILOJOULES per kilogram per degree Celsius.

iii) Honey also contains organic acids such as acetic, butanoic, formic, citric, succinic, lactic, malic, pyroglutamic and gluconic acids, and a number of aromatic acids.
