The correct answer is Panangkaran. - In the inscription mentioned about Raja Sailendravamçatilaka (Teacher of the King, the Jewel of Sailendra family) that succeed to Maharaja Tejapurnapana Panangkaran (in other part of the inscription also called as Kariyana Panangkaran) to construct a holy building for the goddess (boddhisattvadevi) Tara and also build a vihara (monastery) for Buddhist monks from Sailendra family's reign.
- Maharaja Tejapurnapana Panangkaran awarded the Kalaca village to sangha (Buddhist monastic community). Later on, the temple dedicated to Tara is known as Kalasan temple.
- The inscription was written in Sanskrit language with Pranagari script . This is the first inscription founded in Indonesia that give the evidence of the dynasty name of Sailendra as Sailendravamca.
