Leader of the house is the Prime MINISTER. Term period of the house is five YEARS.Members for the house are elected through the universal franchise.Rajya Sabha:Rajya Sabha is the upper house of the Indian parliament.Unlike the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha cannot be dissolute. It has a total of 245 seats in which 233 are elected and the remaining 12 are nominated by the president.Total years of validation for the Rajya Sabha is six years.Lok Sabha is more powerful when COMPARED to Rajya Sabha.
