1. Chivalry is dead! Now that the society is gender neutral, there is hardly any place for chivalry be it in que for bathroom or simple standing up when a lady comes or goes or just pulling the chair or holding the door for her. I still believe that a Gentleman must be chivalrous, if he is to hold a lady's interest.2. Women end up being superwomen managing home and work and kids and shopping and everything else and men relax under the garb of empowering them. Alas! There is no room for age old pampering in a gender neutral society.

However the main problem is many people tend to think that empowerment can be achieved by forcing bias towards woman their reasoning being men are more advantaged in society hence its only fair to give forced advantage to women, This is wrong on 2 accounts:

1)Men do not have advantage in society,rather they are those burdened to support it, suicide at 4x the rate women do.

2)Women only bias in form of biased laws actually are regressive and undo empowerment progress. See the falsely accused women of the infamous 498A in India. Also many use the laws like revenge against men,the false cases etc.

In short nothing wrong with women empowerment if they need to be but you cannot empower a single gender for true equality. Also empowerment cannot be good if one is harmed trying to empower another.
