Newton called G an universal gravitational constant. But, in most of the whole universe, there is no gravitational force. GMm/r^2 = 0 or, GMm=0 but, Mm can never be zero. Since, mass of a body cannot be zero. Therefore, G=0 But, G = 6.67*10^-11. Thus, a contradiction is occurring. So, is G really an 'Universal constant'? |
