as we know 

\(K_p = K_c (RT)^{\Delta n}\)      ....(i)

\(\Delta n\) for above reaction = (1 + 3) - 2 = 2

\(K_p = K_c (RT)^2\)       .....(ii)

and 

\(K_p = \frac{P_{N_2}\times P^3_{H_2}}{P^2_{NH_3}}\)          ....(iii)

Using equation (ii) & (iii)

\(K_c(RT)^2 = \frac{P_{N_2}\times P^{3}_{H_2}}{P^2_{NH_3}}\)

\(K_c = \left(\frac{P_{N_2} \times P^3_{H_2}}{P^2_{NH_3}}\right)\times \frac1 {(RT)^2}\)
