nowa days congestion and traffic blacks are occuring due to the use of vehicles in big way . what measures do you suggest to prevent this

Some of the measures that can HELP one prevent this are:
-Increased use of public transport wherever one can use it. This will result in the reduction of number of vehicles on road.
-CAR pooling. If we have a group of friends who are all going to the same place, it would be better to pool together and go in one car than each PERSON using their own PRIVATE transport.
-Metro rail: Government should build underground and/or overhead metro rails for the public.
