1.	Oil and fat containing food items are flushed with nitrogen why???
Answer» Because to avoid the food ITEMS to get rancid. .....that is there is CHANGE in their taste if they come in contact with OXYGEN present in the atmosphere. ....here nitrogen acts as antioxidant .......CHIPS too contain nitrogen so they they remain FRESH for couple of months. ....tq
