One of the angles of a triangle is 130°, and the other two angles are equal. What is the measure of each of these equal angles?

Answer»

Given one of the angles of a triangle is 130°

Also given that remaining two angles are equal

So let the second and third angle be x

We know that sum of all the angles of a triangle = 180°

130° + x + x = 180°

130° + 2x = 180°

2x = 180° – 130°

2x = 50°

x = 50/2

x = 25°

Therefore the two other angles are 25° each
