At the time of economic crisies, it is reduced. At the time of violence, it is withdrawn. Freedom is evanescent. Our freedom ends where other’s begins. A criminal’s freedom is at once restricted as and when she/he is arrested. A citizen’s freedom is immediately reduced as soon as she/he uses a public transport system or a public place.
