= 5.02 × 1010

b. (8.39 × 107) (4.53 × 109) = 38.0067 × 107+9

= 38.0067 × 1016 

= 3.80 x 1017

c. \(\frac{8.94\times 10^6}{4.35\times 10^4}\) = 2.055 x 106-4

= 2.06 x 102

d. \(\frac{(9.28\times 10^9)\times (9.9\times 10^{-7})}{(511)\times (2.98\times 10^{-6})}\) = 0.06033 x 109-7-(-6)

= 0.06033 x 108

= 6.03 x 106
