People in poverty don't understand the IMPORTANCE of education on !edical health as they don't realise it by their own lives. such parents push their children in the same position as they were in. an economy only trays u as an asset wehn u can give it some outcome for which u need investment in form of education and health. THUS poverty not allowing such investments RESULTS in creating LIABILITY of nation rather than assets |
