precautions to TAKE while constructing anything in earthquake prone AREA 
if Earth quake occurs the land will tremble and if our building is very WEAK then it may collapse
1) building foundation should be very strong constructors of the BUILDINGS should build it with no spaces
2) there should be lot of empty space without tightly packing up the building it causes heavy damage if there are heavy objects as  it may fall on us 
3) building should not have so many floors because if earth quake occurs upper houses fall to the ground level
4) strong concrete should be used
