Answer» In plants, the water and minerals are first absorbed by the roots and then it is absorbed by the two vascular tissues namely xylem & Phloem. This both tissues plays a vital role in the transportation of water and minerals. After absorbing water and minerals, by this tissues then it is transported to all parts of plants such as stem, leaves etc.
