Answer» Solution :The number of CHROMOSOMES in daughter cells remain same as parent CELL. So number of chromosomes does not change in METAPHASE or Anaphase. The amount of DNA becomes double in S phase of interphase. So if there is 2c in original cells then it becomes 4c.
