(ii) Bowmann.s capsule is the site of ultrafiltration or glomerular filtra (iii) If the DIAMETER of efferent arteriole (2) is MADE double to afferent arteriole (1), ultrafiltration will not occur. (b) If the prostate GLAND is enlarged in old age, it frequently blocks the urethra and makes urination painful or difficult.
