Solution :The development of microspore from the microspore mother cell is called MICROSPOROGENESIS . The development of megaspore from the megaspore mother cell is called megasporogenesis . In both these developments mother cell undergoes meiotic DIVISION or reduction division to produce spores . At the end of these DIVISIONS microspores are produced INSIDE the ovary .
