Whereas the EUKARYOTIC cell contains membrane bound organelles and the DNA is located in chromosomes. The cells of bacteria and cyanobacteria are examples of prokaryotic cells, whereas the cells of all organisms other than bacteria andcyanobacteria are eukaryotic.
