Answer» Solution :(i) In Metaphase of mitosis, the chromosomes ARRANGE in ONE EQUATORIAL PLATE, while in metaphase-I of meiosis, bivalents are arranged in two equatorial plates. (i) In metaphase of mitosis each chromosome is attached by two chromosomal FIBRES while in metaphase-I, eachchromosome is attached by one chromosomal fibre. |
