(1) Inbreeding and (2) Outbreeding, and (3) Artificial methods
1. Inbreeding is the MATING between more closely individuals of same BREED.
2. Outbreeding is the mating between different unrelated animals. Outbreeding is the best method for animal breeding because it overcomes inbreeding depression. Increases vigour, higher GROWTH rate and enhanced PRODUCTIVITY.
