Answer» till ATP binds to MYOSIN head till ADP binds to myosin head till `CA^(2+)` is present in SARCOPLASM till polymerisation of myosin head is going on Solution :Sliding of ACTIN and myosin filaments continous till the `Ca^(2+)` ions are pumped back in the sarcoplasm, resulting in MASKING of actin filaments. This cause the return of Z-lines back to their original position, i.e, relaxtaion.
