Answer» Solution :In all VERTEBRATES SPECIAL vascular connection at blood circulatory path is seen between digestive tract and liver. It is called as hepatic portal SYSTEM. Excess nutrients, glucose, amino acids absorbed from digestive tract are stored in liver and when it is required it can be utilized. AMMONIA is converted into urea that is disposed by KIDNEY. |
