Due to this habit of doing things differently, an idea struck him which would not only give job opportunities to the disabled people but also help in reducing per unit cost and increasing the production per day. However, Mohan Sing, the Production Manager, does not give any importance to Raman's creativity and hence does not allow Raman to deviate from the pre-decided methods and techniques.
