Answer» (i) The poet seems to feel such a pain for the rabbit in “The Snare’ as if a little child were being tortured. Thus, he calls him ‘little one’. He wants to find out his (rabbit’s) location. (ii)The poet is talking about the place where the paws of the rabbit must be in the snare. He is searching for him because he wants to help him. |
