*READ THE MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE QUESTION FIRST* I'm almost 15 and developed some grain-like structures barely the size of sand particles in some places on my body from where hair growth takes place, (Notably a couple on my hands and multiple on the skin of the scrotum). Being the teen to worry about things and health, I browsed the net to find out that this is called 'Sebaceous Hyperplasia' and is due to increased production of oil secretion from sebaceous glands and is not fatal. Still, should I be consulting a dermatologist regarding this? Only serious answers appreciated :)
