There was an incident when a guest was unhappy because the laundry returned his clothes unwashed. While I was not directly responsible for the fiasco, it was me who DELIVERED the package to the guest and he wasn’t too happy with me. I QUICKLY apologized before he had a chance to BEGIN yelling at me, took back the package and had his clothes washed, ironed and delivered WITHIN an HOUR.
