3. Rahim says that there is a lot of difference between ‘chitha’ (funeral pyre) and ‘chinta’ (tension/stress). While the funeral pyre burns off a lifeless, dead body, stress and tension burn up a living person from the inside. We might have the chess pieces in our hands but the outcome of the game is not in our hands.

This is because the tongue is the root cause of all fights. All the thoughts about heaven and hell are expressed through the tongue. Whatever the tongue speaks, it speaks and then goes back into the mouth. However, the downside of this is that whenever the tongue speaks something bad, the head is showered with blows from people’s shoes.

7. In the next verse, Rahim says that even the little amount of water that is present in sewage or sludge is blessed because tiny life forms can live off it. Of what use are the infinite waters of the ocean, which is salty and which no one can drink? In this situation, of what use is the vastness of the ocean.

8. In the last verse, Rahim says that whatever work is to be done, it must be done at the right time and in the right manner. If we focus on one task at a time, then we will be able to accomplish all the tasks that are to be completed. Instead, if we try to take on all the tasks at once, then we will be unable to finish even one, and all tasks will be left incomplete. In the same manner, if we water and nourish the roots of a tree, on its own, the whole tree will flower and bear fruit.
