Universal indicator or ph scale has red COLOUR for only ph values of 1,2,3 it means that if red colour is coming on the universal indicator so, the substance is very ACIDIC and in the options as you can see 2 shows ph value that is acidic. Upto 7 the value shows that it is acidic and 7 shows neutral and above 7 to 14 it shows that the substance is basic in nature.
