short note on process of chromatography in brief. Plzzzz it's urgent do it fast

Answer»

HEYA MATE,

HERE IS UR ANSWER.

Thanks for asking this question.

The process in which the MIXTURE is dissolved in a fluid called the mobile phase, which carries it through a STRUCTURE holding another MATERIAL called the stationary phase is called chromatography.

Mixtures that are suitable for separation by chromatography include inks, DYES and colouring agents in food.

Simple chromatography is carried out on paper. A spot of the mixture is placed near the bottom of a piece of chromatography paper and the paper is then placed upright in a suitable solvent, eg water. As the solvent soaks up the paper, it carries the mixtures with it. DIFFERENT components of the mixture will move at different rates. This separates the mixture out.

There are several ways to accomplish this but one thing that all chromatography shares in common is the use of a mobile phase and a stationary phase.

I HOPE IT HELPS U.
