They told me that someone would be here between 11 AM and 1 PM. But at 9 AM, the guy called me to ASK if it was okay for him to come over, and maybe five minutes later, he was knocking at my door. I have a concern with my receipt, but I'm TRYING to sort that out right now. Quote I have a concern with my receipt??There was a fee of $133.89 mentioned for the MODEM, but the modem and installation were supposed to be free. But when I was finally ABLE to make an account and view my bills online, it wasn't mentioned. So, I'm ASSUMING that's just how much the modem will cost me if I lose/damage/keep it. |
