??There was a fee of $133.89 mentioned for the MODEM, but the modem and installation were supposed to be free.  But when I was finally ABLE to make an account and view my bills online, it wasn't mentioned.  So, I'm ASSUMING that's just how much the modem will cost me if I lose/damage/keep it.
