i am LOOKING for an internet bandwidth and traffic controller for windows(XP) with these features for my home pc:
-run on startup automatically
-nobady can remove it from startup, especially nobody can kill its process by using Task Manager.(it is most important)
-enable to hide it in startup items and process.
i have searched in google and found some softwares. they can run on startup but they can be killed EASILY using Task Manager.
if someone has some experience about WORKING with these kind softwares, it will be my most pleasure that you can share them.
