Answer» Dear Sir
I would like to establish Bridge network within my office to connect TWO different networks through Router.
Detail of first network is as follows: IP series: 192.168.0.2/192.168.0.3/192.168.0.4 and so on Workgroup: ARAF.COM Operating System: WindowsXP
Detail of second network is as follows: IP series: 192.168.6.2/192.168.6.3/192.168.6.4 and so on Workgroup: REN.COM Operating System: WindowsXP
I’m using NETGEAR Router.
Please note, the users of individual network can brows the other PCs as there is LAN available against individual network i.e. in Workgroup ARAF.COM & REN.COM. Being the network Administrator of my company, I just want to connect both workgroups.
Would you please help me, how can I connect two different networks, so that any users of any network can brows the other user’s PC?
Appreciate, if you would come back to me at your earliest.
Regards Pervez I would like to know how many routers are being USED and how they're SET up (CONNECTED). Please be as descriptive as possible or maybe use a diagram. I'm just guessing but does your network look like this?:
| - Router B - ARAF Computers MODEM -> ROUTER A - | | - Router C - REN Computers
?
