Solve : CA Firewall blocking all internet access...?

1.	Solve : CA Firewall blocking all internet access...?
Answer» I just installed CA internet security suite(FREE version, RR customer). I did not install the parental control portion of the suite. The "my internet" page is showing blocked access & I can't get any internet connectivity. I turned off the firewall and got on. I can't figure out where to go to allow internet access. Any HELP WOULD be GREATLY appreciated.Have they got a support section on THIER website?
