The laptop is only 10 months old. I have given up on it - going to take it in on warranty claim as Computer Commando says. I think my time is better spent over Christmas installing my new hard disks on my GAMING MACHINE in raid mirrored. (I've never done a raid before so it'll be a new experience.)
