Solve : Can someone please check out my stats?

Had a few SPEED issues lately and my connection KEEPS dropping, would appreciate it if someone could check my stats and see if theirs any problems/suggestions.

This is just a preliminary suggestion, but I'm going to suggest the obvious first off.

Have you tried CONTACTING your ISP about the issue?Im in the process now, waiting to be contacted from their tech team, just THOUGHT someone MIGHT have had an idea prior to them contacting. I have contacted them previously and its quite a long winded process and i never feel satasfied with their answer.

So if anyone knows their stuff with connections please have a look and give me a shoutIf you aren't satisfied with the communications you are receiving from somebody that you are paying money to - perhaps you should change ISP's to somebody that you are happy with.

Let us know what they tell you.that definately could be on the agenda, also the number i have to ring is a premium rate number, so this could also persuade me to change.

Hopefully someone could give me a heads up and tell me if im actually getting the service im paying for
