Solve : can't access to some webs no matter diff. browsers with diff. devices?

Hi everyone
Please help me with this. My internet has recently won't access to some pages. Im using wifi on my mac laptop, ipad and samsung s4. They have different browsers on like chrome, safari, y!t world. I tried visiting to some webs using all the browsers on all my devices but it wont access.  I can still use my internet for almost EVERYTHING else. The webs that I cant access is gradually increasing.

This is due mostly to just two things:
1. The websites are overloaded with tragic and can not respond.
2. The web sites on on a 'blacklist' that your local authority does not allow.

Example: Some contrives band any web site that ever has pornographic material

Thanks for your answer but I think this is not the case. Some of them may be overloaded but some of them are not I know for sure. Besides many of the webs im trying to access are educational sites, none CONTENTS any doggy materials. What's funny is those crappy stuff sites are accessible for me though.Check and see if others have the same problems.

Also, here is what has happened to me.
I got blocked!
I failed to log into a web that requires a password.
After 3 times, it locked me out forever.

To get around the block, use a proxy.

You of all people should know that giving information on how to bypass BLOCKS and restrictions is completely against the rules here.camerongray, it is not clear why the OP was being blocked.

And as a proxy can be used for evading INTENTIONAL blocks on websites, it is not allowed to be discussed here.  If it is not clear why they are being blocked then that is all the more reason not to advise proxies. I tried my hubby's pc to access those sites n it worked for his pc. His pc use enthernet line and all my devices use wifi. Is there sth wrong with my wifi? Havent change any setyings lately and also restart the moderm also didnt help.Using another computer on another service will confirm that there is some kind of block. As has been mentioned,  we are not too tell people how to undo the block.

The block may be near or far away. Wed don't kn ow why you are blocked.
Besides, if I knew and I told you, I would have to kill you. 

You all know that is a joke - Right?
